Agreement

These Terms are between you and Photo Gov app for use of Photo Gov app. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Photo preparation service

Photo Gov app is an independent tool for preparing U.S. passport, visa, green card, DV Lottery, and USCIS-style photo files. We do not file applications, provide legal advice, or act as a government website.

Accounts and checkout

You are responsible for maintaining access to the account, email, or browser session used for a purchase. Paid downloads are processed through the checkout flow shown at purchase time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not bypass usage limits, security controls, payment checks, or rate limits.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or overload the service without permission.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptance disclaimer

Government agencies, embassies, consulates, and online form systems make the final decision on photo acceptance. The service helps reduce common photo issues but cannot guarantee acceptance.
